Our founders bring more than 15 years of first-hand experience leading sales across some of the most recognised names in payments and fintech, including Dojo, PaymentSense, Fiserv, Volante Technologies, and other leading acquirers, facilitators, and payment services firms. Having built and managed sales teams inside these organisations, they saw a consistent challenge: businesses struggled to identify and hire proven sales professionals who could truly deliver in a complex and competitive market. Generalist recruiters often lacked the insight to distinguish an impressive CV from a genuine performer. This consultancy was created to close that gap. Today, we apply our industry experience to specialist recruitment in payments sales, focusing on mid to senior appointments.
